Burnova delivers products across India through trusted courier services. Delivery timelines vary by location and range from 3 to 10 working days. Delays may occur due to logistical or operational reasons beyond our control.

Shipping charges may apply depending on order value and location. These will be visible at checkout before payment.

Cash on delivery is available in selected serviceable locations. In case COD is not available for your address you will be notified during checkout.

Once an order is dispatched Burnova will not accept cancellation requests. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Burnova is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
